Should you book and later decide to cancel, choose to book elsewhere, or choose to stop the planning process, this fee will be retained. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable. In addition, this fee will not be applied to your booking. This is an administrative planning fee.
We pride ourselves on providing the best service. If you are dissatisfied, we will work diligently to resolve any issues. Upon receipt of your quote you will have 10 days to make any adjustments or changes to the options we send you. Once 10 days have passed, your proposal will expire and you will be required to pay a reinstatement fee of $35.00 before we will continue with the planning process. This $35.00 will reactivate the planning phase for an additional 10 days.
