• Emergency kit on hand for wedding-day hiccups

• Handling final payments/tips to vendors on the day

• Assistant coordinator included if needed

Everything in the Coordination package plus a

1-hour rehearsal the day before.

Rehearsal Includes:

• Directing wedding party through full ceremony flow

• Cueing timing for music, entrances, and exits

• Ensuring everyone understands their roles and positions

• Liaising with officiant and venue staff on ceremony layout

INCLUDES:

• Unlimited communication & planning meetings

• Budget development and management

• Venue scouting and vendor referrals

• Design assistance (color palette, décor concepts, etc.)

• Contract review and vendor coordination

• Timeline management and RSVP tracking

• Day-of coordination and rehearsal

Custom quotes available based on guest count, location, and complexity.

$200

A flat travel fee of $200 will be added for weddings located outside of Brevard County, within 2 hours of travel.

If overnight stay is required (based on distance or early setup time), accommodations must be provided or added to invoice.
