We’ll discuss your wedding vision, preferred destinations, estimated guest count, travel dates, and overall budget.

Based on your vision and budget, I’ll research and present resort options that are the best fit for your wedding and guests.

Together, we’ll compare the resorts, wedding packages, venues, room rates, amenities, and important requirements before making your final selection.

Once you select your resort, I’ll contact the resort’s wedding department to confirm availability and begin securing your ceremony date, time, and preferred venue.

I’ll arrange a group room block to protect your guests’ room rates and availability. The room-block deposit is applied toward your reservation once booking begins.

Your wedding group will receive a customized booking page where guests can view the resort information, choose their room category, and submit their reservation.

I’ll assist your guests with reservations, payments, room questions, airport transportation, travel protection, and other travel needs throughout the process.

I’ll work closely with the resort’s wedding team to help coordinate your ceremony and reception locations, décor, vendors, menu selections, entertainment, timeline, and other important details.

Before departure, I’ll help confirm guest reservations, flight information, airport transportation, payment deadlines, and final travel documents

Once everything is confirmed, you and your guests can travel with confidence and enjoy the celebration you’ve been dreaming of.
