At Majestic Destination Weddings LLC, I value the time, effort, and attention that go into every destination wedding and travel experience I plan. When you reserve services with me, you’re not just securing a date — you’re investing in personalized planning, professional coordination, and dedicated support from start to finish.

Please review the following policy, which outlines how cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are handled to protect both you and my business.

Planning Fees

All planning, consultation, and service fees (including wedding planning deposits, group travel deposits, and trip planning fees) are non-refundable once payment is received.

These fees cover time spent on research, vendor communication, resort outreach, and itinerary design — even if your event or trip does not move forward.

✨ If your event or trip must be postponed, your planning fee can often be credited toward a new date within 12 months (subject to supplier approval and availability).

💍 Destination Wedding Groups

For weddings and room blocks:

• Cancellations made before the final payment deadline will follow the resort or travel supplier’s policy. Penalties or partial refunds may apply.
• Once final payment is made, refunds are not guaranteed and depend solely on the resort or tour operator’s policies.
• If a couple cancels after contracts are signed, any vendor or resort cancellation penalties will apply in full.
• Planning fees paid to Majestic Destination Weddings LLC are non-refundable but may be transferred once to a new date within 12 months if approved by both the resort and Majestic Destination Weddings LLC.

✈️ Travel Packages & Individual Trips

For honeymoons, vacations, or group trips:

• Deposits are typically non-refundable once processed by the travel supplier.
• Cancellations must be made in writing via email to Book@MajesticDestinationWedding.com.
• Refunds, when available, will follow each airline, resort, or tour operator’s official cancellation policy.
• Majestic Destination Weddings LLC is not responsible for supplier or airline cancellations, schedule changes, or acts of nature.

🌦️ Changes, Postponements, or Force Majeure

If your wedding or travel plans are affected by natural disasters, pandemics, weather disruptions, or resort closures, all payments will follow the supplier’s or resort’s published policies.

While Majestic Destination Weddings LLC will advocate on your behalf to recover or transfer funds, refunds or rescheduling are not guaranteed beyond what the supplier allows.

💫 Rescheduling & Transfers

If you need to reschedule your event or trip:

• One date change may be allowed within 12 months of the original event without an additional planning fee (subject to supplier approval).
• A $100 administrative fee may apply for subsequent changes.
• Any new date is subject to current pricing and availability.

📧 Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:

Include your full name, travel dates, and booking reference number.

Requests are processed during normal business hours (Monday–Friday).
