Traveling with family or children

If you are traveling with children or guests under 18, accommodations must be booked at Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres, the family friendly sister resort located next door. Guests staying at Grand Palladium Select will still be able to attend all wedding events.

📌 Important Booking Information

To be included as part of Jennifer and Joseph’s official wedding group, all guests must book their accommodations through this booking link and through Majestic Destination Weddings and Travel. Booking within the group ensures you are properly counted for wedding events, transportation coordination, and resort planning.

Group bookings also help the couple receive their wedding group benefits and perks offered by the resort. Reservations made outside of the group may not be eligible for these inclusions.

Yes, a valid passport is required to travel to Mexico.

✨How far is the resort from the airport?

TRS Coral Costa Mujeres is approximately thirty five minutes from Cancun International Airport.

✨What is the weather like in February?

February is one of the best months to visit Costa Mujeres. Expect warm, comfortable temperatures with daytime highs in the upper seventies to low eighties and cooler evenings. Rainfall is minimal, making it ideal for beach time and wedding events.

✨Is travel insurance recommended?

Yes, travel insurance is strongly recommended and highly encouraged for all guests. Travel insurance helps protect your investment in the event of unexpected changes such as flight disruptions, medical emergencies, weather related issues, or personal circumstances that may affect your trip. Coverage may include trip cancellation, interruption, medical care, and travel delays.

✨What currency should I bring?

US dollars are widely accepted, and Mexican pesos are helpful for tipping and small purchases.

✨What should I wear?

Resort attire is casual during the day and dressy casual in the evenings. Specific attire details for wedding events will be shared closer to the wedding date.

✨Do I have to pay Visitax?

Yes, Visitax is required for travelers visiting the state of Quintana Roo. This tax is not included in your reservation and must be paid separately. Please pay this before you leave Mexico.

✨Is vaping illegal in Mexico?

Yes, vaping is illegal in Mexico. E cigarettes and vaping devices are prohibited and may be confiscated upon arrival.

✨When is the final payment?

Final payment is due December 1, 2026.

Yes, monthly payment plans are available up until the final payment date.

✨Is the deposit refundable?

No, the deposit is non refundable.
